Nathalie Blackham's Exciting Revelations From The Hebrew Language:

  Introduction to Hebrew

SIGNS AND WONDERS

The word for "letter" is: אּוֹתּ (ot) which means sign, wonder.

Every letter is placed purposely in the Bible and the letters are signs and wonders as every one of us is a wonder!
That just in itself is a sign to point us to the greatness of our God, Creator of the heaven and the earth.

POWER SHARING

There is power behind the letters, God is sharing His mind to us.  He is not an earthly king who does not want to share his kingdom.  He is the Heavenly King who wants us to rule with Him.

In the translation of The Complete Jewish Bible from David H. Stern,

Jeremiah 23 v. 20 read: "In the acharit-hayamin (In the last days), you will understand everything."

Look also at

Jeremiah 30, 24: "In the acharit-hayamin, you will understand."

and the prayer of Jesus to His father in

John 17, especially verse 3: “eternal life is this: to know you, the one true God..”

and

verse 17 ”Set them apart for holiness by means of the truth-your word is truth.”

PREPARATION OF THE BRIDE

We live in an amazing time, time of evil but also time of great opportunity for the Gospel.

Revelation 22, 11:
”Whoever keeps acting wickedly, let him go on acting wickedly, whoever is filthy, let him go on being filthy.
Also, whoever is righteous, let him go on doing what is righteous, and who ever is holy, let him go on being made holy.”

Daniel 12, 10:
” Many will purify, cleanse and refine themselves, but the wicked will keep on acting wickedly and none of the wicked will understand.  But those with discernment will understand.”

The Bride is getting ready, made spotless and without blemish, how?...Turn to the book of Ephesians.

 Ephesians 5, 25-27:
”Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with the water through the word and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without a stain or wrinkle or any blemish, but holy ( set a part) and blameless.”

The Bride is cleansed by the washing through the Word.
Let us find another passage in

Zephaniah 3, 9:
” For then I will change the peoples, so that they will have pure lips”, in the amplified Bible” I will give to the people a clear and pure speech from pure lips, that they may all call upon the name of the Lord”.

The Hebrew language is a pure language!  Every letter has a purpose to wash us and bring principles of life!

 Proverbs 1, 20-23.
“Wisdom calls aloud in the open air and raises her voice in the public places….Behold I will pour out (express) my spirit to you, I will make my words known to you.”

Jesus is Wisdom.  Yeshua is Wisdom.  He is the great King who shares His knowledge with His people.

WE EXPERIENCE HIM

Many years ago, being a young Christian, God gave me a vision of the Word.
He told me: “Nathalie, can you see this mansion?” I answered: ”Yes!” He continued: “This is like the Word, you can see just the front of the mansion, “la façade” of the mansion, but you can go through the door of that mansion and discover many rooms and discover the complete mansion. This is the depths of the Word.”  I just start to understand this vision…

The Hebrew letters are amazing.
As human being, we are created with a body, a personality and an eternal spirit, the letters have also these three levels.

For example the letter , Aleph, has a form, a personality and carries a spirit.
The form is made of three others letters: י ו י
Every letter has also a numeric function: for example :
Alef = 1 =א
Alef represent God, the King, The Master.

Why? Because the body of Alef is made of :
Yud + Vav + Yud = 10 + 6 + 10 = 26  which is the numeric body of the personal name of God!  Remember when God revealed Himself in the burning bush to Moses before the exodus, see in Exodus 3, 15.
Yud + Heh + Vav + Heh = 5 + 6 + 5 + 10 = 26

Our God is holy, remember we are not playing with numbers, he trusts us to carry his mysteries and He loves to reveal Himself.

Let us worship Him!!! He is mighty, full of majesty!  Let us give Him honour and praise!

He loved us enough to die for us and give us the power to change and become like Him.  We are made in His image.

Genesis 1, 27:

"So God created humankind in his own image;in the image of God he created him:male and female he created them."

Ephesians 5, 25-27. Zephaniah 3, 19.

Psalms 12, 7:

"The words of Adonai are pure words,

silver in a melting-pot set in the earth,

refined and purified seven times over."

We, His bride, are sanctified by the washing of the water of the Word.

Let us look at ADAM (humankind), the first letter of the word is , representing God.

We carry in us the image of God, it is part of our make up.

Ish (man) and Isha (woman) start also by the letter Aleph, carrying again the image of God.

No place for evolution ,

No monkey business...

WHY THE HEBREW LANGUAGE?

Lashon Hakodesh said: “Reading the Torah in a translation is like kissing your bride through a handkerchief.”

Hebrew is an ancient language, you write it from right to left with no vowels. Its Alphabet is alefbet.

The Masoretes, in around 700CE, created the system of dots for people to know how to pronounce the words.  They were afraid that people will not remember how to enunciate the words.

Every letter, like we said before, Otiot, is a wonder, a sign!  There is power behind every letter demonstrating God’s mind!

Let us discover a little more of God's mind for three more letters!

The wicked, the holy and the righteous   =    צ ק ר

Matthew 26, 20-25

" When evening came, Yeshua reclined with the Twelve talmidim (disciples), and as they were eating, he said,"Yes, I tell you that one of you is going to betray me." They became terribly upset and began asking him, one after the other, " Lord, you don't mean me, do you?"  He answered, "The one who dips his matzah (bread) in the dish with me is the one who will betray me.  The Son of Man will die just as the Tanakh says he will; but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed!  It would have been better for him had he never been born!"  Y'udah, the one who was betraying him, then asked, " Surely, Rabbi, you don't mean me?"  He answered, "The words are yours."

Judas = Wicked One               Jesus =  Holy One                John =  Righteous One

People were placed in a specific order when they reclined during the Seder (Passover meal).  To eat in the Middle East style, Jesus was presiding as the rabbi; two places were next to him; WHO filled them?  John was next to him because he was the youngest one.  Rabbi will have the youngest one to ask questions and on the other side the most foreign one.  Judas Iscariot, Judah from K’riot (South of Jerusalem, not too far from the Dead Sea) was the most foreign from them all, the others talmidim (disciples) were from Galilee.  So we can understand now that Judas will dip in the same dish than Jesus.

Let us look at the letters now,

TZADDI =   צ   =  SUBMISSION  =  THE RIGHTEOUS

TZADDI, the shape of the letter is like a person who bow down and has two hands raised, symbolising the hallmark of the righteous, extraordinary submission to God.

The Tzaddi follows the letters Ayin and Peh (which represent the eye and the mouth) to teach that the person who guards his eyes and his mouth and humbly submits his voice and vision to God, merit the title of Righteous.

Numerical position is 90.

Tzaddi sofit = ץ  is used at the end of a word.  It is the same letter but a different form because of its position at the end of a word.

You can see that the letter representing the righteous is not anymore in the position of bowing but a position of standing upright.  God’s goal in our life is not for us to stay bowing and prostrate ourselves!  He wants His own people called by His name to stand as upright human beings.  We are made in His image!  He wants a face to face with us.

The numeric position of the Upright is 900 next to Aleph who represent God, numerical position 1 or 1000.

Why 1 and 1000? can you see in our Greek way of thinking there is only one answer, not in the Hebraic way of thinking!!!  (You can understand know why the rabbis can argue and find many solutions!  If you are right, he can be right too!) Any way back to 1 and 1000.

He is the only one BUT he carries thousand of qualities!  This is beautiful, this is my Lord, He is the only one and he is the BEST with His 1000 qualities!!!

The disciple John was known as the "talmid" who was reclining on the bosom of Jesus.

 John13, 25:

"Leaning against Yeshua's chest, he asked Yeshua, " Who is it?"

KUF = KADOSH = HOLY ONE

Kuf is the only letter turning to the right in the alefbet.

The Kuf is looking at the Zdaddi; The Holy is looking at the Righteous.

So many times we can see the letters and understand the words in the Bible.

Kuf is the first letter for Kadosh (Holy).

Psalm 34, 15:

"The eye of the Holy One is on the Righteous.”

and also

2 Chronicles 16, 9:

"For the eyes of Adonai move here and there throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong on behalf of those who are wholehearted towards him."

and

Job 36, 7:

"He does not withdraw his eyes from the righteous..."

The righteous can always come to the bosom of the Holy One, with humility, pardon and repentance.

Do you remember in the last Seder (Last Supper), John was the one who reclined on the bosom of the Master!

Kuf is the two letters vav = ו  and chaf =כ put together.

Vav’s numerical order = 6 and Chaf’s = 20 so 6 +20 = 26

26 is the numerical order for the tetra gammon = Yud Heh Vav Heh = The Holy Name of God.

So the Holy One carries the Holy Name of God.

I hope you followed me!

Do you know that evil spirits know who Jesus is!

Mark 1, 23;

"In their synagogue just then was a man with an unclean spirit in him, who shouted, “What do you want with us, Yeshua from Natzeret? Have you come to destroy us?  I know who you are – the Holy One of God!

Jesus, Yeshua, The Rabbi, the Holy One.

RESH = THE WICKED

Resh, in Aramaic means head, the wicked man is so arrogant that he puts himself ahead of everyone else, including God, whom he disobeys and defies.

 ק     ר

The letter Resh symbolising the wicked, it has its back against Kuf; God is holy and can’t look at sin.

There is no eye contact, no relationship between the wicked and the Holy BUT the wicked can always repent, look at the opening in the letter Kuf on the side of the Resh, the wicked can turn around which is the right term for repentance, repentance is to turn away from the wrong path and coming back to righteousness.

He can come to the bosom of the Holy by the little opening.  There is room in the heart of the Father for the repentant heart!

Mark 2, 17:

The ones who need a doctor aren’t the healthy but the sick.  I didn’t come to call the ‘righteous’ but sinners.”

Luke 1, 77-79:

“Deliverance comes by having sins forgiven through our God’s most tender mercy which cause the Sunrise to visit us from Heaven, to shine upon those in darkness, living in the shadow of death and to guide our feet into the paths of peace.”

I hope that you enjoyed these treasures, I am in awe every time that I study the Word to discover more of the mind of Our Father.  He is wonderful and has so many good things stored up for us.

Have a great day and enjoy Him!
